How to Play and Convert PCM Files Online: A Step-by-Step Guide

Working with PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) files can be tricky because they lack the standard "headers" found in WAV or MP3 files. This means most media players won't know how to play them unless you tell them the exact specifications.
